Cancellation
If you wish to cancel the order, we must receive correspondence through our email support@senshijapan.com. Cancellations must be performed prior to despatch (in most cases 24 hours). If you wish to cancel an order after the order is despatched, the consignee or buyer will be responsible for return postage.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from senshiltd.co.uk are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Chargebacks
senshijapan.com attempts to solve all issues within 60 days of being notified of any discrepancies or disputes you may have with your product. Should a chargeback be filed prior to the 60 days, you will be responsible for ensuring that we receive the item. All disputes must be filed to our email support@senshijapan.com in order to be resolved.
Senshi Japan reserves the right to pursue any losses caused by chargebacks where the item is not received back to us, or it is filed fraudulently. This includes any additional fees incurred by us to cover our losses.
Product Descriptions

However, senshiltd.co.uk does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
